Broward County Sheriff’s Office Employees & Dependents – No Charge. Yes, this is correct.  If you are an employee of BSO or a dependent of a BSO employee then the psychological services provided for you will be at no charge as the BSO Employee Assistance Program will cover your expenses.  There will be no co-pay required and no bill for services.

In the event that our clinicians are out-of-network providers for your insurance company, our office Dr. Jalazo will gladly furnish you with a Mental Heath Encounter Form (signed receipt for services) to send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

FREE PSYCHOTHERAPY FOR VETERANS

Dr. Jalazo is a proud volunteer of the Veteran’s Project of South Florida and as such provides free psychotherapy services to our country’s veterans on a limited basis.  If you are a veteran and are in need of assistance, please contact the project’s administrator.
